Hero Workout of the Day

Looking for a new fitness challenge? Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation hosts a Hero Workout of the Day on Saturday, May 25, 9:30 a.m. - 12 Noon at the Strength Performance Center Track. This challenging full-body workout consists of one mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and one mile run. This free event offers participants a path to measure their exercise goal achievements. Workout solo or with a select group. No registration required.Select groups of 5 or more may represent their Unit or Battalion and  receive 50 points toward the awarding of the annual Commanders Cup.  Weighted  vest and body armor may be used but are not required to participate in this event and neither will be provided. .
