The Beaty Theater invites you to join them for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, the opening production of the 2025 - 2026 season. Winner of the Tony and the Drama Desk Awards for Best Book, this show has charmed audiences with its effortless wit and humor in a fast-paced and touching script. An eclectic group of six middle school students compete for the spelling championship of a lifetime. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion!
Performance dates are September 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20, at 8 p.m.; and September 7, 14, & 21, at 3 p.m.
