Fitness Classes

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid DoD ID card in order to attend fitness classes. Fitness classes are subject to changes in scheduled times, location and/or availability. Please check the fitness class schedule or call +1(804)765-3053 for the most current information.

Group Fitness Punch Card

Get moving to the zesty Latin rhythms! Zumba is a group fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with dance and aerobic fitness routines. The routines feature interval training - alternating fast and slow movements with resistance training - to help improve cardiovascular fitness, while toning your body and burning fat. Open to all fitness levels.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each pose. This precision builds strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, and a new sense of well-being. Each class gives an experience that is profound, intelligent and transformative. Iyengar Yoga teachers individualize their approach for each student using their deep-seated knowledge of the yoga postures; special adjustments are made for various body types, injuries and conditions such as pregnancy.

Circuit Training

This class consists of approximately 35 minutes of rigorous interval training with high-intensity exercises that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength, endurance, agility and balance training. Open to all fitness levels.

Coming Soon! Indoor Cycling

Hop on a bike and ride to driving beats that will inspire you to push up hills and sprint in this high intensity, low impact, endurance class. This class is great for all levels of fitness and will help you improve your cardiorespiratory, muscular endurance, strength, power, and body composition. Most importantly, this class will meet you where you are on your road to fitness. Beginners to advanced athletes are welcome.
