Group Fitness Punch Card

  • $25 for 10 classes*
  • Purchase punch cards at MacLaughlin Fitness Center.
  • Punch cards expire 1-year from date of purchase.

Single Class

  • $5 per class*

* These prices do not apply to WELLBEATS virtual group fitness classes. There is no cost for these classes. 

Class Descriptions

All classes are open to all fitness levels.

Boot Camp
A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Students run sprints, perform lots of push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each pose. This precision builds strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, and a new sense of well-being. Each class gives an experience that is profound, intelligent and transformative. Iyengar Yoga teachers individualize their approach for each student using their deep-seated knowledge of the yoga postures; special adjustments are made for various body types, injuries and conditions such as pregnancy.

Self Defense & Fitness
This class gives an opportunity for new beginners and experienced martial artist to train in the discipline of Tensho Goju Karate/Aiki-Jitsu. Self-defense is the focus and the overall  ability to survive close-quarters engagements of any sort and any situation. The training builds confidence and self-esteem, with benefits of fast body toning, muscle strengthening, flexibility, stress relaxation, and health improvement.
