Freedom 250 Fireworks at Fort Lee

This year America celebrates 250 years of independence. Join us at Fort Lee's Williams Stadium on Thursday, July 2, at 5:00 p.m. for a vibrant program featuring a family-friendly festival, food trucks, beer, music, and fireworks!

The KidZone is FREE and opens to everyone at 5:00 p.m. Attendees may purchase a delicious variety of fare from over 20 food trucks lined up around the stadium. Our deejay opens the event with a hit list sure to make everyone happy. 

Our spectacular fireworks begin at approximately 9:35 p.m.

Personal pyrotechnics, tailgating, tents, umbrellas, glass bottles, smoking, backpacks, coolers and pets are not permitted in or around the event area. Clear plastic and mesh see-thru bags will be allowed. 

Installation Entrance Requirements

The community is invited to the Freedom 250 at Fort Lee event on July 2, 2026.  All attendees will need to complete installation security checks and 100% Real ID checks will be in effect for all persons 18 and older.  Installation security check can be completed by clicking here for the Visitor Pre-Registration System no later than June 30, 2026.
