Stand-Up Paddle Boarding is an exciting full-body water sport workout. Outdoor Recreation's expert instructor will lead participants in a quick, easy lesson before leading the group in a scenic excursion on the serene waters of the Appomattox River. Participants must be able to swim and have exceptional balance. Shorts, t-shirt (or bathing suit - something that moves with you) and shoes you don’t mind getting wet are the preferred attire. All equipment will be supplied at Rosyln Landing upon arrival. Please arrive no later than 5:15 p.m. for safety briefing; departure from dock will be at 5:30 p.m. Layout and route of the trip is provided.
Cost
Cost is $25 per session; equipment included.
Registration Information
Participants must register at least one day prior to the day of the event.
