Reserve your spot on a fun-filled outing with mountain biking and kayaking at Pocahontas State Park. Outdoor Recreation is hosting a Wilderness Adventure Day in central Virginia's most beautiful state park, which features some of the best single track mountain bike trails in this area and a beautiful 225-acre lake on which to paddle a kayak. Pack a lunch and water; wear clothes that would be appropriate for biking and/or kayaking. Space is limited, so reserve your summer adventure now.
Cost
Registration for each of the two individual activity is $20.00; register for both mountain biking and kayaking for $35.00. (Participants who drive separately will be required to pay the $7.00 park entry fee at the gate.)
Registration Information
All equipment is provided. Limited transportation is available; the group will leave Outdoor Recreation at 8:30 a.m. Participants must be 18 or older.
