Army Community Services is celebrating all Fort Lee Community volunteers at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception, 2 p.m. at Liberty Chapel. Volunteers will be honored for their dedication and service through the ACS Army Volunteer Corps. This year's special guest speaker is Colonel Hollie J. Martin, Fort Lee Garrison Commander.
