Strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone and stretch your muscles, and improve your mental fitness in this fitness class! Yoga, improves flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. It can also reduce anxiety and stress, and can improve mental clarity
Class will be held inside the MacLaughlin Fitness Center every Monday from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Due to safety, classes will be limited to 12 participants. First come, first served.
Punch card $35 (for 10 classes) / Individual class $7.
NOTE: Each student needs to bring their own water bottle and towel for all scheduled classes. Each student needs to bring their own yoga mat. Face coverings will be required to enter and while not using equipment. All courts, saunas, drinking fountains, locker rooms, and showers are closed until further notice.
Cost
Punch card $35 (for 10 classes) / Individual class $7.
