The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) provides comprehensive support to military Families with special medical or educational needs through two convenient locations on Fort Lee. The EFMP Medical Office, located at Kenner Army Health Clinic (700 24th Street), assists with enrollments, updates, dis-enrollments, and overseas screenings. The EFMP Family Support Office, located at Army Community Service (ACS)(BLDG 9023 on Lee Avenue), offers community support, non-clinical case management, educational advocacy, respite care coordination, training opportunities, and family-focused events. Together, these two offices work to ensure EFMP Families have access to the resources, services, and support needed to thrive in the Fort Lee community.
