A Full-Body Workout For A Full Month

ROWvember comes to Fort Gregg-Adams! You are invited to shake up your fitness routine with some fun throughout the whole month of November.

Rowing is a low-impact, full-body workout that is good for people of all fitness levels. Plus, it activates nearly twice the muscle activities like running and cycling. A single stroke on the rowing machine works your quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, arms and back muscles.

Track your workout dates and meters rowed during the month of November (example log sheet provided) and turn them in at the front desk of any of the Fort Gregg-Adams fitness centers on December 1 - 3. One overall male winner and female winner will be announced.

For more information, call (804) 734-7821.
