The Ride

The Fort Gregg-Adams community is invited to join us at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 16, for a fun and exciting twilight ride. Peddle this ride on a vehicle-free course here on the installation. It’s guaranteed to be a uniquely delightful summer evening for bicycle riders of all ages and experience levels. 

The Firefly Ride will offer two route options: a 5-mile course for stronger, more experienced riders and a 2-mile course for young families and those interested in a more leisurely-paced ride. 

Costume & Tacky Light Contest

While you, your family and your friends are certainly welcome to just show up for this community ride, the Firefly Ride is also a chance to "bling it up" a bit.

Participants are encouraged to be creative! Dress up in your favorite costume and decorate your bike with lights. Be creative! Prizes will be awarded out to the top individuals and groups. Be as imaginative as possible.
