Beaty Theater and the Home Front Players bring their final production of the season to the stage May 8 - 24. This beloved musical is a colorful reimagining of the Biblical story of Joseph and his amazing ability to interpret the dreams of everyone from family to Pharaoh, and traces Joseph’s journey, from little brother to servant in captivity to becoming the most powerful man in all of Egypt. Brought to the stage by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Weber - the same team that produced Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita - this delightful pop musical mashup embraces country-western, calypso, and Elvis-style rock. This is family-friendly, high-energy theater that should not be missed.
Performance dates are May 8, 9, 15, 16, 22 & 23, at 8 p.m.; and May 10, 17 & 24, at 3 p.m.
