- We kick off a month of fun with the reading and signing of the MOMC Proclamation at the School Age Center on March 31, at 3:30 p.m. Open to the community.
- Kids registered in CYS programs are invited to the Pep Rally on April 3, 2:30 - 4:30 p.m., to participate in a field day of music and fun at the CYS Campus Sports Field.
- The entire community is invited to get "color dusted" at the Color Run on April 25, with check-in starting at 10:00 a.m. and the first wave of runners starting at 11:30 a.m. Participants are splashed with color as they run the designated route on the CYS campus. The Color Run is open to the community. No walk-ups; registration required.
- Bring your kids to Jump Jam on April 30, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. at the CYS Campus Sports Field. There will be games, bounce houses, and lots of fun. This event is FREE and open to the community.
Month of the Military Child (MOMC)
April is officially proclaimed as the Month of the Military Child, a time to honor the bravery, sacrifices, and resilience of children in military families. This year's theme is "Young Lives - Big Stories" and there is strength in every story. Fort Lee is celebrating with a few fun celebrations throughout the month.
