You must be 18 years of age and have a valid DoD ID card in order to attend fitness classes. Fitness classes are subject to changes in scheduled times, location and/or availability. Please check the fitness class schedule or call +1(804)765-3053 for the most current information. 

Army Community Services offers free counseling services to the Fort Gregg-Adams Military community through Military Family Life Counselors.  Services include telephonic and video non-medical counseling in areas where face-to-face support is restricted due to COVID-19.  The following support options are available:

Adults

• Telephonic and video non-medical counseling

Children and Youth

• Individual video non-medical counseling sessions for minors age 13 to 17 (parent or guardian must be available at the start of each video session to give parental consent and provide line of sight requirements)
• Family video non-medical counseling for minors 6 to 12 years of age (parent or guardian must attend each session)

This facility provides individuals on the Ordnance Campus with weight training and cardio equipment.

Special Notice

• The Ordnance Fitness Facility is open to all Fort Gregg-Adams Family and MWR patrons, to include Active Duty military, Retirees, Department of Defense Civilians, and their families. Sorry, no guests permitted at this time. Limited to 15 patrons at a time. Other COVID restrictions are in place. Visit the web page for a complete listing.

Appointments are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Walk-Ins are welcomed on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
