EFMP helps Families navigate school services.

Teacher and students

We can:

  • Understand and request IEPs or 504 plans.
  • Help you prepare for school meetings, and attend if asked.
  • Connect you with tutoring and school programs.
  • Coordinate with School Liaison Officers during PCS moves so services transfer smoothly.

Workshops and one-on-one IEP/504 support are offered regularly.
