Army Community Services' Employment Readiness Program (ERP) is here to service the Fort Lee community! We offer resources to help with your career plan and job search. Whether you're a military spouse or family member who just moved here, retiree, DoD civilian looking for new opportunities, or Active Duty military, Active Reserve, National Guard member, or Wounded Warrior, we're here to help. Our office specializes in resume assistance, interview skills & techniques, how to effectively navigate USAJobs.gov and more! We offer the following classes:
Resume Building
Learn how to effectively market yourself using effective writing techniques & avoid common resume faux pas.
2026 Schedule: January 12, April 13, July 13 & October 19.
Marketing Yourself & Interview Prep
Learn how to market yourself in one-to-one encounters whether networking or interviewing.
2026 Schedule: February 9, May 18, August 10 & November 16.
Federal Employment
Learn how to master navigating USAJobs.gov and the essentials of crafting a federal resume.
2026 Schedule: March 9, June 8, September 14 & December 14.
Pre-registration is required for all classes. You must register four days before the scheduled class date that you would like to attend.
